Emotion, Reasonable and Wise Mind
There are 3 primary ways we use to refer to our states of mind. The "Emotion Mind", "Reasonable Mind", and "Wise Mind".
Emotion mind happens if we let our emotions manipulate our mind and actions. When we let emotions rule over our mind, they may keep our thoughts so fickle that we have trouble being reasonable.
Reasonable mind is once we can reason sensibly, be logical about what is going on.
Wise mind state is the harmony, the counterbalance among emotion and reasonable mind. It is the place for your intuition, creativity, inspiration and letting go.
- Realizing, understanding, accepting and by taking them maturely is an example of a wise mind. You could achieve it by just paying attention to other stories and realizing that somehow their stories and actions are relatable. It has a sense of calmness and peacefulness about the moment. You know that you are on this state if you are aware of what's going on inside you and you can divert your energy to balance your emotion and reason rather than be drowned in just one mindfulness.
